Located in historic Bluebeards Castle you can start your day at Fergie’s with a pleasant breakfast
of Eggs Benedict or Country sausage and biscuits while sipping coffee and planning your day. Here, your preference for fresh air can be catered to all year long. This fun, lively, open-air restaurant, pool bar and "Pirates Pub" bar, all presented in a unique terrace setting, have something to offer everyone.
The Tiki Bar offers the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant afternoon. Relax poolside while you enjoy one of our many tropical drinks or delicious lunch entrees like the house specialty Sesame Chicken Salad, Grilled Chicken Wrap or the Mambo Steak Sub, any one of which are sure to put your mind in an island mood.
Later, you’re invited to slow down and toast the setting sun. Sit back and relax in "The Pirates Pub " and enjoy the casual open-air atmosphere of this lively bar that overlooks the pool deck, with the bay spreading out below. It’s a great place for a refreshing cocktail, appetizer or an early dinner. Take your picture with our very own life-size version of the "Captain" or watch your favorite game on one of the bar’s three satellite TVs. Pirates Pub opens daily for Happy Hour from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., offering "2 for 1" well drinks, house wines and selected beers.
Brilliant sunsets set the mood at dinner while soft lights mix with ceiling fans and gentle trade winds. Enjoy a front-row seat for cocktails and dinner while watching returning sailboats glide by as sparkling cruise ships depart Charlotte Amalie harbor.

The American-fare menu served by a friendly attentive staff offers a bit of paradise for every taste and budget from casual to elegant, in a pleasant, warm and welcome dining atmosphere. The menu offers a full selection of great appetizers, wonderful pasta dishes, local specials nightly and tasty entrees ranging from BBQ Ribs to the Catch of the Day or Filet Mignon, all influenced by the freshest ingredients of the Caribbean. We also offer pizza and sandwiches if you’re in the mood for something just a little lighter.
When in the islands, rum is everyone’s favorite liquor. Along with a great specialty drink menu featuring rum just about every way you can imagine, we also offer excellent frozen drinks and an impressive selection of premium spirits.
If you would like to picnic on the beach or stay-in for the evening, in addition to providing a warm and welcome dining atmosphere, "Fergie’s" can wrap it to go and you can enjoy it later. It’s your choice. Relax with a few appetizers and a bottle of wine or try the Slow Roasted Reggae Chicken bagged and ready to go with your choice of side dishes.
Of course, there is nightlife available-if you’re up to it. The bar offers live music at various times, and don’t miss the pool party on Monday night. The BBQ is held on the picturesque poolside deck overlooking the night-lights of the island. Featuring steel-pan music by "Sea Breeze" and entertainment by the infamous "Little Bull" with his flaming batons and of course, limbo contest. Enjoy a fun evening complete with games, prizes and stilt-walking mocko jumbies, followed upstairs at the "Pirates Pub Bar" by Karaoke until midnight. Dance under the stars or just get "Bushwhacked" while you are entertaining or just being entertained. And here in the Caribbean, we know how to treat our guests, we promise to make your evening a pleasant one.
Complete catering and banquet facilities are available. Towne Hall is ideal for meetings, luncheons and banquet or reception requirements for any group activity. The room itself is 32’ X 65’ X 14’ (Ceiling Height). It features a large covered Gallery (42’ X 16’) overlooking the harbor. The room holds 180 people seated theater style, 150-classroom style and up to 170 for full buffet service.
Feel like something really special? Enjoy an evening and experience unique in the Caribbean. With advanced arrangements you can have "Fergie’s Top of the Castle", a private dining deck above the restaurant offering a 180-degree view over town and harbor. The large private deck is perfect for a private luncheon, early evening cocktail party or any reception or dinner you want to share with any number from two to up to fifty or so of your friends or business associates. Dine on a delicious catered buffet or choose items from our regularly offered menu, drink the house specialty Bushwhacker or your own requested brew. It’s perfect for the quick Caribbean lunch or fine dining experience. The tropical ambience guarantees you will not forget you’re dining in paradise.
Catering menu selections combine classic food with customized function menus. Music, live entertainment, flowers, celebration cakes, decorations, a 2 million dollar yacht available for that special wedding and just about anything else you may need to create your perfect evening or event can be provided for you. The restaurants and bar are open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and attire is casual. Reservations are recommended for 6 people or more, call for take-out or reservations for large parties. A children’s menu is available, as well as accommodations for large groups. Gift certificates are available in any denomination, perfect for friends and family who are preparing to visit the island and Fergie’s T-Shirts are mailed daily. Plenty of nighttime parking is available in front, with taxi drop-off and pick-up at the lobby (entrance).
